TRANSPARENCY

Catalogue and editorial policy

Tele24Seven aims to make a changing public stream directory understandable without overstating ownership, availability, accuracy, or endorsement.

Editorial purpose

Tele24Seven publishes an independent directory for viewers trying to identify a channel, understand what it generally covers, and reach a current public playback route. Profiles are not endorsements, licence certificates, programme schedules, or promises of uninterrupted availability.

What can become an indexed channel guide

A selected guide must have a stable channel identity, a country association, distinct viewer-focused writing, a locally validated logo or neutral fallback, a revisit-able source path, and a canonical page that is not duplicated for alternate feeds. Bulk catalogue records that have not received this work remain available through the player but do not receive standalone crawlable profile pages.

Source and claim standards

Broadcaster ownership, language, programme themes, and official web presence are taken from broadcaster-controlled material when available. Catalogue metadata is used for technical listing facts such as country, format, category, and current feed identity. See the source hierarchy and review method for the distinction.

Identity and logo handling

Channel identities are matched conservatively through canonical IDs, exact stream URLs, provider identifiers, country-aware names, and reviewed overrides. Logo files are validated and mirrored locally. When a trustworthy match is unavailable, Tele24Seven uses a neutral generated mark instead of assigning an unrelated broadcaster’s logo.

Availability language

Pages use terms such as “listing,” “public stream location,” and “available source” deliberately. Original providers can change schedules, restrict locations, replace URLs, or stop a feed at any time. Tele24Seven does not label every listing as continuously verified or universally licensed.

Corrections, conflicts, and removals

Substantive corrections are checked against the source hierarchy, and conflicting sources are not silently merged. Rights holders and authorized representatives can request a correction, external-link-only listing, permission review, or removal under the rights and takedown process.

Commercial independence

Catalogue placement is not sold as broadcaster endorsement. Advertising, when present, does not transfer ownership of a channel listing or change the responsibility of the original programme provider. No broadcaster can purchase a more favourable editorial description.

Update cadence and material dates

Country counts, category counts, structured data, sitemaps, and the public update feed are regenerated from the current catalogue. A visible review or modified date changes only when source data or page content materially changes; it is not advanced automatically for search engines.
