Who may submit a request
A broadcaster, rights holder, trademark owner, authorized agent, or person directly affected by an inaccurate listing may contact Tele24Seven. A request from a consumer email address is not automatically rejected, but enough evidence must connect the sender to the claimed organization or right.
What to include
- Your full name, role, organization, and reliable contact details.
- The exact Tele24Seven URL and channel identity involved.
- The right, factual error, brand asset, or stream permission at issue.
- Evidence of authority, such as an official-domain reply, public staff page, signed authorization, or another independently verifiable route.
- Your requested outcome: correction, official-link-only page, written playback permission, or removal.
Do not send account passwords, private server credentials, payment details, or unrelated personal records.
Available outcomes
Correct the listing
Update a name, country, language, logo, owner, official site, or description when reliable evidence supports the change.
Official-link-only page
Keep a useful identity page and direct viewers to the broadcaster’s site without embedded playback.
Playback permission
Record written authorization for in-site playback and identify the approved source and any geographic or branding conditions.
Remove the listing
Remove the relevant page or playback route when a valid request requires that outcome.
Review and record keeping
Tele24Seven compares the request with the current source record, verifies authority where reasonably possible, preserves the written decision, and updates related canonical pages, sitemaps, or playback routes when the decision requires it. Complex or conflicting claims may require additional evidence.
